Latest Status of Binghatti Starfall

Binghatti Starfall is currently Coming Soon and is still at an early stage. Some of the information currently available comes from preliminary project and sales material. There are also differences between the early project information and the figures recorded in DLD-linked data. For example, DLD-linked information lists 543 units with a registered completion date of 30 October 2027, while the early project material shows a larger number of units and a 2028 completion timeline.

For this reason, the initial information should not be considered final. The final unit count, approved sizes and official handover date should be checked against the latest Binghatti and authority documents. Some market sources have mentioned 22 September 2026 as a possible launch date, but this has not been officially confirmed by Binghatti.
