Elegance Tower is a freehold residential project by DAMAC Properties in Downtown Dubai. The 26-storey tower was designed in collaboration with fashion designer Zuhair Murad, whose style can be seen throughout the interiors and common areas.

The tower comprises 296 apartments, including 146 one-bedroom and 150 two-bedroom units. Some apartments have views of Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Zabeel Park and Dubai Canal. Elegance Tower was designed with fashion in mind. The idea can be seen in the building’s exterior, lobby and apartment interiors. The project was designed in collaboration with Zuhair Murad, with details inspired by his work in fashion.

Some apartments include features such as a hidden door between the living room and bedroom. The top three floors also have ceiling-mounted folding beds that can create an additional sleeping space when needed.

Elegance Tower DAMAC Design 

Elegance Tower is a 26-storey residential tower with 296 apartments, including 146 one-bedroom and 150 two-bedroom units. Apartment sizes range from approximately 732 to 1,455 sq ft. Some apartments also feature details such as hidden doors that connect different living spaces.

The project offers several amenities, including a podium swimming pool, gym, spa, parking and 24-hour services. Residents can also easily reach major Downtown Dubai attractions such as The Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera, along with a wide range of restaurants and hotels.

Construction Status of Elegance Tower

Construction of Elegance Tower started in January 2023. The project was around 44% complete in 2025, according to reports at the time. The original completion date was 28 February 2026, but the project was not completed by then. Current reports now expect completion in Q4 2026.

As the completion date has changed, buyers should check the latest handover schedule with DAMAC or the Dubai Land Department (DLD) before purchasing.

Sustainability at Elegance Tower in Downtown Dubai

Based on the reviewed project documents, no specific sustainability features have been confirmed for Elegance Tower. There is no disclosed information about solar panels, renewable energy, water recycling, energy or water-saving systems, sustainable materials, smart energy management or LEED certification.
