Lorévia Collection overview

Lorévia Collection is a residential project in Al Zorah, Ajman, with apartments, retail space and shared leisure facilities. Its coastal setting places residents near the area's waterways, mangroves and leisure destinations.

The planned building has two basement levels, a ground floor, nine residential floors and a roof level. It will include 178 apartments and 19 retail units. Homes range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, with sizes from 308 to 1,328 sq ft.

Living in AL ZORAH CITY

The destination has around 12 km of waterfront and waterways, 100 hectares of mangroves and a 1.6 km beachfront. Activities in the area include kayaking, birdwatching and exploring the natural surroundings.

Nearby destinations include the 18-hole golf club and the Golf and Yacht Clubhouse, alongside other hospitality and leisure venues. The mangroves, beachfront and wider destination facilities are not private amenities belonging to Lorévia Collection.

Lorévia Collection architecture and amenities

Shared interiors use pale stone, natural timber, soft textures and subtle lighting. Planned amenities include an infinity pool, a children's pool, a fully equipped gym, a padel tennis court, a shaded children's play area and a barbecue area with a garden.

The development will also include 19 retail units, adding commercial space within the project.

Apartment types and sizes

LORÉVIA COLLECTION BY DECA combines apartments, retail space and shared leisure facilities in a coastal district. Its planned residential mix includes:

• Studios: 118 units ranging from 308 to 521 sq ft.

• One-bedroom apartments: 32 units ranging from 614 to 1,029 sq ft.

• Two-bedroom apartments: 28 units ranging from 1,012 to 1,328 sq ft.

The substantial size variation within each apartment type makes individual floor plans important when comparing layouts, storage and room dimensions.

The design concept behind Lorévia Collection

The design uses natural-looking materials, including pale stone and timber, with soft textures and understated lighting across the shared spaces. This restrained palette supports a calm, contemporary interior style.

The coastal setting is central to the project's identity, complemented by waterfront views and outdoor amenities. Outlook, privacy, sunlight and orientation will vary between apartments.
