Kotook does not get involved in further communications or transactions between you and agents. You are responsible for checking and confirming the accuracy of any property details and seeking professional legal or surveying advice before committing to any purchase. If you inquire about a property, your details will be sent directly to the agent, landlord, or developer, and Kotook does not accept liability for subsequent communications from them.

9.      Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kotook will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use the Website, or reliance on any content displayed. Kotook is not liable for any failures due to software or internet errors, loss of your password/account caused by your computer system, or any direct, consequential, special, or punitive loss.
