Trump Organization's Biggest Projects in the Persian Gulf

Trump Organization's Biggest Projects in the Persian Gulf

If you’ve been watching Persian Gulf real estate news lately, one name keeps coming up alongside every mega-development announcement: the Trump Organization. Through its partnership with Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan, the Trump Organization now has six active developments spread across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.

The combined disclosed value of just the Saudi projects alone sits at $10 billion (AED 36.7 billion). To put that in perspective, that’s roughly the GDP of a small country being invested into branded real estate across a single region.

The Dubai Tower That’s Already 80% Sold

The Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai is arguably the most-watched project in the entire portfolio right now. Rising approximately 350 meters across 80 floors on Sheikh Zayed Road, the $1 billion (AED 3.67 billion) tower combines a five-star hotel, private residences, and a members’ club in one of the city’s most visible addresses.

By September 2026, sales had already reached around 80%. That’s 574 units, hotel keys, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom penthouses, nearly spoken for before the building’s steel frame is complete. Gulf Asia Contracting received the podium construction contract in August 2026, with enabling works already advanced ahead of that phase.

Delivery is scheduled for Q4 2031. If you’re thinking about what kind of buyer moves on a project this early, the answer is almost always regional and international investors who are betting on the Sheikh Zayed Road corridor continuing to appreciate and based on what the surrounding market has done over the past decade, that bet hasn’t been wrong yet.

The Saudi Arabia Pipeline

Saudi Arabia holds the largest share of the Trump Organisation’s Gulf ambitions, with three separate developments that together represent the most ambitious branded real estate push the kingdom has seen in recent memory. Two of those projects sit in Jeddah, and one anchors a massive gated community in Wadi Safar, Riyadh, all designed around the same formula: championship golf, luxury residences, and Trump-branded hospitality under one roof.

The flagship Saudi project, Trump International Golf Club at Wadi Safar, spans 2.6 million square meters inside the historic Diriyah development. Dar Global awarded a roughly $90 million (AED 331 million) infrastructure contract for Rayana, the residential enclave within the site, in June 2026. Trump Mansions there range from 1,250 to 5,400 square meters. Completion is scheduled for late 2030.

Meanwhile, Trump Plaza Jeddah, valued at over $1 billion (AED 3.67 billion), launched in January 2026 inside the Amaya master plan on King Abdulaziz Road. It layers residences, Grade A offices, retail, dining, serviced apartments, and a private members’ club into roughly one million square meters of mixed-use space.

Trump Tower Jeddah Data

Separate from Trump Plaza, Trump Tower Jeddah is a 47-floor residential tower on the Jeddah Corniche valued at $531 million (AED 1.95 billion), and it’s already under main works construction. Arabian Construction Company received that contract in November 2025 after enabling and foundation works wrapped up.

The tower lists 561 residences: one- to four-bedroom apartments plus three- and four-bedroom penthouses, ranging from 70 to 365 square meters. A 70 sq/m unit in a Trump-branded tower on the Jeddah Corniche is a very different proposition than a 70 sq/m unit anywhere else in the city. Brand premium is real, and in this segment, it moves prices.

Completion is targeted for Q4 2029. A Trump Private Club inside the building will give residents access to dining, fitness, pool, and concierge services.

Trump Projects in Doha and Muscat

The Gulf portfolio doesn’t stop at Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In Doha, Trump International Golf Club Doha covers approximately 790,000 square meters within the eight-million-square-meter Simaisma coastal masterplan, announced in April 2025 in partnership with Qatari Diar. The setup, 18-hole championship golf, a clubhouse, and branded villas overlooking both the course and the beach, follows the same template that’s driven demand across the other projects.

Trump Projects in Doha and Muscat

In Muscat, the picture looks like this:

  • Trump Residences Oman forms part of the AIDA development, perched 130 meters above the Gulf of Oman

  • The hotel complex is valued at $500 million (AED 1.84 billion) with 140 hotel keys

  • Residential offerings include five-bedroom golf villas and three-bedroom cliff villas alongside an 18-hole championship course

  • Expected completion is December 2028, the earliest delivery date in the entire Gulf portfolio

  • Golf, hospitality, beach access, and dining are built into the wider development, not sold as add-ons

For context, a cliff villa 130 meters above the Gulf of Oman with a championship golf course at your back and a private beach below isn’t just a home; it’s a positioning statement. That’s exactly the kind of product the off-plan projects by Dar Global are built around.
